Independence Day 2011

We had a nice day today (with the exception of a disastrous grocery store trip, but I've already blocked it from my mind so it doesn't count).  We took the kids to the 4th of July parade in Friendswood this morning, came home and took a much needed nap, and this evening we grilled steak and played in the backyard. It was nice to have a low-key day.
